The SN75468 and SN75469 are high-voltage, high-current Darlington transistor arrays. They consist of seven NPN Darlington pairs with common-cathode clamp diodes for switching inductive loads. Each Darlington pair can handle a collector current of 500 mA. The Darlington pairs can be paralleled to achieve higher current capability.

These transistor arrays are commonly used in applications such as relay drivers, hammer drivers, lamp drivers, display drivers (LED and gas discharge), line drivers, and logic buffers.

The SN75468 is designed for operation directly with TTL or 5V CMOS logic, featuring a 2700-Ω series base resistor for each Darlington pair. On the other hand, the SN75469 is designed for operation with CMOS or PMOS logic that uses supply voltages of 6 to 15 V. It has a 10.5-kΩ series base resistor for each Darlington pair. The required input current for the SN75469 is lower than that of the SN75468.
