Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the logistics process, including order fulfillment, shipping, and delivery of electronic parts.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders, including order entry, tracking, and confirmation.
  • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the purchasing team to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of electronic parts.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with logistics service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring cost-effective shipping solutions.
  • Perform regular quality checks on incoming and outgoing products to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Resolve any logistics-related issues, such as shipping delays, damaged products, or incorrect deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and customer orders using appropriate software systems.
  • Prepare and analyze logistics reports, identifying trends, areas for improvement, and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide accurate and up-to-date information on product availability, delivery times, and order status to customers.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in logistics and supply chain management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in the electronic parts industry.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics processes, including order processing, inventory management, and shipping.
  • Proficiency in using logistics software systems and tools.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions in a dynamic logistics environment
  • Knowledge of import/export regulations and customs documentation is preferred.
  • Familiarity with electronic parts and components is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
