PR08-2DN Proximity Sensor

The sensor is an Inductive Proximity Sensor of M8 round shape, with a non-shielded installation and a sensing distance of 2mm. It operates on a DC 3-wire power supply of 12-24 VDC and has a standard sensing target of 8 x 8 x 1mm iron. The control output of the sensor is NPN Normally Open and it consumes a maximum of 10mA current. The sensor is made of brass with a nickel plating and comes with a standard cable. It has an IP67 protection structure and can be used in ambient temperatures ranging from -25°C to 70°C and humidity levels of 35-95% RH. The sensor has a response frequency of 1kHz and a residual voltage of max 2V, with a weight of approximately 64g. It is part of the PR Series and has a header dimension of 8mm.
