The bottom board of the BGA adapter with Ord. no. 70-1064 is designed specifically for use with FPGA devices from LatticeXP2 family in a matrix 14x14 configuration. The BGA adapter is compatible with PG4UW software version 3.05 or higher, and specifically supports devices with serial numbers (s/n) from 1064-00015 and higher with PG4UW software version 3.76 or higher.



The BGA adapter is manufactured in Slovakia to high-quality standards, ensuring durability and reliability. The bottom board of the adapter features 2x24 square pins with a size of 0.6x0.6mm and a row spacing of 600mil. These pins are designed to provide accurate alignment and electrical connectivity with the target FPGA devices.



The connection to the BGA-Top-X features 8x25 3x20 sockets for wire wrap pin, allowing for secure and reliable connections between the adapter and the target FPGA devices. This configuration is specifically designed for use with LatticeXP2 devices in a matrix 14x14 configuration.
