It features reduced dimensions compared to the BeeHive204, making it more suitable for use in automated programming systems where overhead of the handler's arm movement needs to be minimized. The BeeHive204AP also has a more mechanically stable case that is immune to vibration during operation, making it ideal for use in industrial environments. The programming modules of BeeHive204AP are designed to be stable enough for chip insertion/replacement by a mechanical arm, and they allow for maintaining the identical position of the ZIF socket even after module replacement.
